(王上12:28)

[和合本] 耶罗波安王就筹划定妥,铸造了两个金牛犊,对众民说:“以色列人哪,你们上耶路撒冷去实在是难,这就是领你们出埃及地的神。”

[当代修] 他征询臣僚的意见后,就铸造了两个金牛犊,对民众说:“以色列人啊,你们上耶路撒冷敬拜太麻烦了。这两个金牛犊就是领你们出埃及的神明。”

[现代修] 他前思后想,就铸造了两头金牛,然后对人民说:“你们上耶路撒冷敬拜太辛苦了。以色列人民哪,这就是领你们出埃及的神明!”

1 Kings 12:28

[GNT] After thinking it over, he made two bull-calves of gold and said to his people, "You have been going long enough to Jerusalem to worship. People of Israel, here are your gods who brought you out of Egypt!"

[BBE] So after taking thought the king made two oxen of gold; and he said to the people, You have been going up to Jerusalem long enough; see! these are your gods, O Israel, who took you out of the land of Egypt.

[KJV] Whereupon the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold, and said unto them, It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem: behold thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.
