耶利米书14章3节

(耶14:3)

[和合本] 他们的贵胄打发家童打水,他们来到水池,见没有水,就拿着空器皿,蒙羞惭愧,抱头而回。

Jeremiah 14:3

[GNT] The rich people send their servants for water; they go to the cisterns, but find no water; they come back with their jars empty. Discouraged and confused, they hide their faces.

[BBE] Their great men have sent their servants for water: they come to the holes and there is no water to be seen; they come back with nothing in their vessels; they are overcome with shame and fear, covering their heads.
