[和合本] 你必提这诗歌论巴比伦王说:“欺压人的何竟息灭?强暴的何竟止息?

[和合修] 你必唱这诗歌嘲讽巴比伦王说:“欺压人的竟然灭亡!他的凶暴【“他的凶暴”是根据死海古卷和古译本;原文是“一堆金子”】竟然止息!

[新译本] 你必唱出这首诗歌来讽刺巴比伦王,说:“欺压人的,怎么止息了呢!强暴怎么止住了呢!

[当代修] 他们必这样讥笑巴比伦王:“暴君灭亡了!暴政结束了!

[现代修] 上主为他们成就这一切以后,他们要讥讽巴比伦王说:“暴君已经倒了!他不能再压迫人了!

Isaiah 14:4

[GNT] When he does this, they are to mock the king of Babylon and say: "The cruel king has fallen! He will never oppress anyone again!

[BBE] That you will take up this bitter song against the king of Babylon, and say, How has the cruel overseer come to an end! He who was lifted up in pride is cut off;

[KJV] That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
