[和合本] 驿卒就把王和众首领的信,遵着王命传遍以色列和犹大。信内说:“以色列人哪,你们当转向耶和华亚伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的 神,好叫他转向你们这脱离亚述王手的余民。

[现代修] 送信人奉王和领袖们的命令出去,把下面这样一封邀请信传遍犹大和以色列各地:“以色列的人民哪,你们是在亚述王来侵时幸免于难的人。你们要转向上主——亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的上帝,他就会转向你们。

2 Chronicles 30:6

[GNT] Messengers went out at the command of the king and his officials through all Judah and Israel with the following invitation: "People of Israel, you have survived the Assyrian conquest of the land. Now return to the LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and he will return to you.
