彼得前书1章8节

(彼前1:8)

[和合本] 你们虽然没有见过他,却是爱他。如今虽不得看见,却因信他就有说不出来、满有荣光的大喜乐,

[新标点] 你们虽然没有见过他,却是爱他;如今虽不得看见,却因信他就有说不出来、满有荣光的大喜乐;

[现代修] 你们虽然没有见过他,却爱他;虽然现在看不见他,却信他。你们有言语所不能表达的那无限的喜乐;

1 Peter 1:8

[GNT] You love him, although you have not seen him, and you believe in him, although you do not now see him. So you rejoice with a great and glorious joy which words cannot express,

[BBE] So that the true metal of your faith, being of much greater value than gold (which, though it comes to an end, is tested by fire), may come to light in praise and glory and honour, at the revelation of Jesus Christ:

[KJV] Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

[NKJV] whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see [Him,] yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,

[KJ21] whom having not seen, ye love. In Him, though now ye see Him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory,

[NASB] and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and (Lit glorified)full of glory,

[NRSV] Although you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy,

[WEB] whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don't see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory,

[ESV] Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,

[NIV] Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy,

[NIrV] Your troubles have come in order to prove that your faith is real. It is worth more than gold. Gold can pass away even though fire has made it pure. Your faith is meant to bring praise, honor and glory to God. That will happen when Jesus Christ returns.

[HCSB] You love Him, though you have not seen Him. And though not seeing Him now, you believe in Him and rejoice with inexpressible and glorious joy,

[CSB] You love Him, though you have not seen Him. And though not seeing Him now, you believe in Him and rejoice with inexpressible and glorious joy,

[AMP] Without having seen Him, you love Him; though you do not [even] now see Him, you believe in Him and exult and thrill with inexpressible and glorious (triumphant, heavenly) joy.

[NLT] You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy.

[YLT] whom, not having seen, ye love, in whom, now not seeing and believing, ye are glad with joy unspeakable and glorified,
