阿摩司书6章10节

(摩6:10)

[和合本] 死人的伯叔,就是烧他尸首的,要将这尸首搬到房外,问房屋内间的人说:“你那里还有人没有?”他必说:“没有。”又说:“不要作声,因为我们不可提耶和华的名。”

[当代修] 亲属抬出尸体焚烧时,必问内屋的人:“你那里还有别人吗?”那人必回答:“没有。”问的人必说:“不要作声,我们不可提耶和华的名。”

[现代修] 当死人的亲戚来拖尸首去焚烧的时候,他要对那躲藏在屋子里的人说:“你以外还有谁没有?”那人要回答:“没有了。”亲戚说:“嘘,不要作声,不可提上主的名。”

[吕振中] 死人的亲属、就是为他烧香料的人、把他扶起来;将遗骇搬到房屋外头时,要问尽内室的人说:“你那里还有人没有?”若说:“没有”;他就说:“别作声啦!连耶和华永恒主的名都不可提!”

Amos 6:10

[GNT] The dead man's relative, the one in charge of the funeral, will take the body out of the house. The relative will call to whoever is still left in the house, "Is anyone else there with you?" The person will answer, "No!" Then the relative will say, "Be quiet! We must be careful not even to mention the LORD's name."
