(雅3:1)

[和合本] 我的弟兄们,不要多人作师傅,因为晓得我们要受更重的判断。

[和合修] (制伏舌头)我的弟兄们,不要许多人做教师,因为你们知道,我们做教师的要接受更严厉的审判。

[当代修] (邪恶的舌头)我的弟兄姊妹,不要个个当教师,因为你们知道,我们为人师表的将受到更严格的评判,

[现代修] 我的弟兄姊妹们,你们不应该个个都想当教师,因为,你们知道当教师的要比别人受更严重的裁判。

James 3:1

[GNT] My friends, not many of you should become teachers. As you know, we teachers will be judged with greater strictness than others.

[BBE] For as the body without the spirit is dead even so faith without works is dead.

[KJV] My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.
