[当代修] 倘若有人彼此斗殴,伤了孕妇,导致早产,但未造成其他伤害,伤人者要按她丈夫所要求的金额,经审判官判定以后,如数赔偿。

[现代修] “如果有人因打架而撞伤了孕妇,以致孕妇丧失胎儿,但没有其他伤害,那人必须赔偿;赔款数目应由受伤妇人的丈夫提出,而经判官批准决定。

Exodus 21:22

[GNT] "If some men are fighting and hurt a pregnant woman so that she loses her child, but she is not injured in any other way, the one who hurt her is to be fined whatever amount the woman's husband demands, subject to the approval of the judges.
