[和合本] 加增虚浮的事既多,这与人有什么益处呢?

[新标点] 加增虚浮的事既多,这与人有什么益处呢?

[和合修] 话语多,虚空也增多,这对人有什么益处呢?

[新译本] 因为话语增多,虚空也增多,这对人有什么益处呢?

[当代修] 其实话越多,越虚空,这对人又有什么益处?

[现代修] 你越抗辩,越觉得无益,对自己也没有好处。

[吕振中] 因为有许多事(或译:话)是增加虚幻的;这对人有什么益处呢?

[思高本] 说话多,必多空谈:这对人能有什么益处?

Ecclesiastes 6:11

[GNT] The longer you argue, the more useless it is, and you are no better off.

[BBE] There are words without number for increasing what is to no purpose, but what is man profited by them?

[KJV] Seeing there be many things that increase vanity, what is man the better?

[NKJV] Since there are many things that increase vanity, How [is] man the better?

[KJ21] Seeing there are many things that increase vanity, how is man the better?

[NASB] For there are many words which increase futility. What then is the advantage to a person?

[NRSV] The more words, the more vanity, so how is one the better?

[WEB] For there are many words that create vanity. What does that profit man?

[ESV] The more words, the more vanity, and what is the advantage to man?

[NIV] The more the words, the less the meaning, and how does that profit anyone?

[NIrV] The more words people use, the less meaning there is. And that doesn't help anyone.
