[和合本] 亚伯拉罕听从了以弗仑,照着他在赫人面前所说的话,把买卖通用的银子,平了四百舍客勒给以弗仑。

[当代修] 于是,亚伯拉罕就照以弗仑当众提出的价钱,按通用的重量单位秤了四公斤半银子给他。

Genesis 23:16

[GNT] Abraham agreed and weighed out the amount that Ephron had mentioned in the hearing of the people-four hundred pieces of silver, according to the standard weights used by the merchants.

[BBE] And Abraham took note of the price fixed by Ephron in the hearing of the children of Heth, and gave him four hundred shekels in current money.

[KJV] And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron; and Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver, which he had named in the audience of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current money with the merchant.
