Galatians 6:4

[GNT] You should each judge your own conduct. If it is good, then you can be proud of what you yourself have done, without having to compare it with what someone else has done.

[BBE] For if a man has an idea that he is something when he is nothing, he is tricked by himself.

[KJV] But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

[NKJV] But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

[KJ21] But let every man put to the proof his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

[NASB] But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting, but (Or in regard to)to himself alone, and not (Or in regard to)to another.

[NRSV] All must test their own work; then that work, rather than their neighbor's work, will become a cause for pride.

[WEB] But let each man examine his own work, and then he will have reason to boast in himself, and not in someone else.

[ESV] But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor.

[NIV] Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else,

[NIrV] If you think you are somebody when you are nobody, you are fooling yourselves.

[HCSB] But each person should examine his own work, and then he will have a reason for boasting in himself alone, and not in respect to someone else.

[CSB] But each person should examine his own work, and then he will have a reason for boasting in himself alone, and not in respect to someone else.

[AMP] But let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable [in itself alone] without [resorting to] boastful comparison with his neighbor.

[NLT] Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else.

[YLT] and his own work let each one prove, and then in regard to himself alone the glorying he shall have, and not in regard to the other,
