[新译本] 葡萄树对它们说：‘我怎可以放弃生产那使上帝和世人都喜乐的新酒，飘摇在众树之上呢？’
[当代修] 葡萄树说，‘我怎能因为贪图凌驾于众树之上而停止出产令神明和世人都快乐的美酒呢？’
[现代修] 葡萄树回答：‘我该停止酿造神明和人喜爱的酒、去统治你们吗？’
[吕振中] 葡萄树对他们说：‘我哪可以不产出我的新酒，那使神和人都喜乐的酒，而来摇来摇去在众树之上呢？’
