Acts 24:27

[GNT] After two years had passed, Porcius Festus succeeded Felix as governor. Felix wanted to gain favor with the Jews so he left Paul in prison.

[BBE] For he was hoping that Paul would give him money: so he sent for him more frequently and had talk with him.

[KJV] But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix' room: and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, left Paul bound.
