撒母耳记下16章11节

(撒下16:11)

[和合本] 大卫又对亚比筛和众臣仆说:“我亲生的儿子尚且寻索我的性命,何况这便雅悯人呢?由他咒骂吧!因为这是耶和华吩咐他的。

2 Samuel 16:11

[GNT] And David said to Abishai and to all his officials, "My own son is trying to kill me; so why should you be surprised at this Benjaminite? The LORD told him to curse; so leave him alone and let him do it.

[BBE] And David said to Abishai and to all his servants, You see how my son, the offspring of my body, has made designs against my life: how much more then may this Benjamite do so? Let him be, and let him go on cursing; for the Lord has given him orders.

[KJV] And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now may this Benjamite do it? let him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him.

[NIrV] Then David spoke to Abishai and all of his officials. He said, "My very own son Absalom is trying to kill me. How much more should this man from Benjamin want to kill me! Leave him alone. Let him call down curses. The Lord has told him to do it.
