(撒下19:28)

[和合本] 因为我祖全家的人,在我主我王面前,都算为死人;王却使仆人在王的席上同人吃饭,我现在向王还能辨理诉冤吗?”

[新译本] 因为我祖父全家的人,在我主我王面前都算不得什么,都不过是该死的人;你却使仆人在你席上与你一同吃饭。我还有什么权利再向王哀求什么呢?”

[当代修] 我父全家在我主我王面前都是该死的,但王却让我与王同席吃饭,我还能向王要求什么呢?”

[现代修] 所有我父家的人原都应该被处死,但是陛下加恩。使我能在王的餐桌上吃饭,我还有什么权利再要求陛下施恩给我呢?”

2 Samuel 19:28

[GNT] All of my father's family deserved to be put to death by Your Majesty, but you gave me the right to eat at your table. I have no right to ask for any more favors from Your Majesty."

[BBE] For all my father's family were only dead men before my lord the king: and still you put your servant among those whose place is at the king's table. What right then have I to say anything more to the king?

[KJV] For all of my father's house were but dead men before my lord the king: yet didst thou set thy servant among them that did eat at thine own table. What right therefore have I yet to cry any more unto the king?
