[和合本] 就应承自己与后裔,并归附他们的人,每年按时必守这两日,永远不废。

Esther 9:27

[GNT] the Jews made it a rule for themselves, their descendants, and anyone who might become a Jew, that at the proper time each year these two days would be regularly observed according to Mordecai's instructions.
