2 Corinthians 1:10

[GNT] From such terrible dangers of death he saved us, and will save us; and we have placed our hope in him that he will save us again,

[BBE] Yes, we ourselves have had the answer of death in ourselves, so that our hope might not be in ourselves, but in God who is able to give life to the dead:

[KJV] Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

[NKJV] who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver [us,]

[KJ21] who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver us, in whom we trust that He will yet deliver us.

[NASB] who rescued us from so great a danger of death, and will rescue us, He (One early ms on whom we have set our hope that He will also)on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us,

[NRSV] He who rescued us from so deadly a peril will continue to rescue us; on him we have set our hope that he will rescue us again,

[WEB] who delivered us out of so great a death, and does deliver; on whom we have set our hope that he will also still deliver us;

[ESV] He delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again.

[NIV] He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us,

[NIrV] In fact, in our hearts we felt as if we were under the sentence of death. But that happened so that we would not depend on ourselves but on God. He raises the dead to life.

[HCSB] He has delivered us from such a terrible death, and He will deliver us; we have placed our hope in Him that He will deliver us again.

[CSB] He has delivered us from such a terrible death, and He will deliver us; we have placed our hope in Him that He will deliver us again.

[AMP] [For it is He] Who rescued and saved us from such a perilous death, and He will still rescue and save us; in and on Him we have set our hope (our joyful and confident expectation) that He will again deliver us [from danger and destruction and draw us to Himself],

[NLT] And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us.

[YLT] who out of so great a death did deliver us, and doth deliver, in whom we have hoped that even yet He will deliver;
