Jude 1:10

[GNT] But these people attack with insults anything they do not understand; and those things that they know by instinct, like wild animals, are the very things that destroy them.

[BBE] But these men say evil about such things as they have no knowledge of; and the things of which they have natural knowledge, like beasts without reason, are the cause of their destruction.

[KJV] But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

[NKJV] But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves.

[KJ21] But these speak evil of those things which they know not; but what they come to know naturally as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

[NASB] But these people disparage all the things that they do not understand; and all the things that they know by instinct, like unreasoning animals, by these things they are destroyed.

[NRSV] But these people slander whatever they do not understand, and they are destroyed by those things that, like irrational animals, they know by instinct.

[WEB] But these speak evil of whatever things they don't know. They are destroyed in these things that they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason.

[ESV] But these people blaspheme all that they do not understand, and they are destroyed by all that they, like unreasoning animals, understand instinctively.

[NIV] Yet these men speak abusively against whatever they do not understand; and what things they do understand by instinct, like unreasoning animals--these are the very things that destroy them.

[NIrV] But those people speak evil things against what they don't understand. They are like wild animals. They can't think for themselves. They do what comes naturally to them. Those are the very things that destroy them.

[HCSB] Woe to them! For they have traveled in the way of Cain, have abandoned themselves to the error of Balaam for profit, and have perished in Korah's rebellion.

[CSB] Woe to them! For they have traveled in the way of Cain, have abandoned themselves to the error of Balaam for profit, and have perished in Korah's rebellion.

[AMP] But these men revile (scoff and sneer at) anything they do not happen to be acquainted with and do not understand; and whatever they do understand physically [that which they know by mere instinct], like irrational beasts--by these they corrupt themselves and are destroyed (perish).

[NLT] But these people scoff at things they do not understand. Like unthinking animals, they do whatever their instincts tell them, and so they bring about their own destruction.

[YLT] and these, as many things indeed as they have not known, they speak evil of; and as many things as naturally (as the irrational beasts) they understand, in these they are corrupted;
