John 18:32

[GNT] (This happened in order to make come true what Jesus had said when he indicated the kind of death he would die.)

[BBE] Then Pilate said to them, Take him yourselves and let him be judged by your law. But the Jews said to him, We have no right to put any man to death.

[KJV] That the saying of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spake, signifying what death he should die.
