Romans 7:16

[GNT] Since what I do is what I don't want to do, this shows that I agree that the Law is right.

[BBE] And I have no clear knowledge of what I am doing, for that which I have a mind to do, I do not, but what I have hate for, that I do.

[KJV] If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

[NKJV] If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that [it is] good.

[KJ21] If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law, that it is good.

[NASB] However, if I do the very thing I do not want to do, I agree with the Law, that the Law is good.

[NRSV] Now if I do what I do not want, I agree that the law is good.

[WEB] But if what I don't desire, that I do, I consent to the law that it is good.

[ESV] Now if I do what I do not want, I agree with the law, that it is good.

[NIV] And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good.

[NIrV] I don't understand what I do. I don't do what I want to do. Instead, I do what I hate to do.

[HCSB] And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree with the law that it is good.

[CSB] And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree with the law that it is good.

[AMP] Now if I do [habitually] what is contrary to my desire, [that means that] I acknowledge and agree that the Law is good (morally excellent) and that I take sides with it.

[NLT] But if I know that what I am doing is wrong, this shows that I agree that the law is good.

[YLT] And if what I do not will, this I do, I consent to the law that [it is] good,
